The Fall real estate market is in full-swing. 🍂

The most common question I’m being asked (apart from “how’s the market?”) is “Should I sell now or wait until the Spring?

I have A LOT to say in response. And honestly it depends on your individual circumstance.

But here is why I encourage people to list, or remain listed in the Fall:

1. Many people are choosing to wait until the Spring. Which means you will be up against WAY more competition and the market will not necessarily be better then. In fact, many experts are saying that the 2026 market will be tougher than 2025

2. The Buyers that are out right now are mostly serious Buyers. You’re not going to see many “Nosy-Nancy’s” or “Lollygaggers” asking to view your home when it’s raining and cold. The Buyers we are seeing right now either need to buy and/or are motivated to buy

3. Your home & property looks beautiful right now. Warm & cozy Fall decor, a bustling fireplace, and trees with all their beautiful changing colours hit Buyers in all the feels that make them dream of home ownership

If you ever have any questions or are just curious, please reach out to me. I also have a monthly email that I send out that is catered to your neighbourhood or desired neighbourhood that provides all the information you need to keep up-to-date with the local market. 🏠

Enjoy the season! 🍁☕️☺️🧡
