Tara Adamyk

Your Maple Ridge real estate specialist

I am grateful to live in beautiful Maple Ridge with my husband, three children, and Shiba Inu named Princess Leia. I have been in real estate since 2015, first starting on a top team, then moving on to a partnership, and then ultimately moving on to be an independent Agent in 2017. I learned a lot from working with professional Realtors with decades in the business. Ultimately I decided to go off on my own because I desired to have my own business model for how to serve clients. I am a perfectionist and like to go above and beyond without having to confer with anyone else. Over the years I have won many awards and top sales achievements. I have set records for highest sales prices in the Albion area. But my greatest achievement in this business has been all my happy clients. It is a privilege to be trusted to be a part of the biggest decision most people make. And I do not take that honour for granted. I am a full-service Realtor and aim to be highly communicative and diligent about my clients’ needs and goals.

My background includes working in many sales, marketing, and customer-driven environments. I have been working hard since the age of thirteen, when I got my first job working for The Vancouver Sun and Province Newspapers. One of my favourite jobs was working as a Sales Consultant for ADT Security. I loved being welcomed into peoples’ homes and helping them to keep their home and family safe. After graduating from High School, I attended BCIT- graduating with honours from the Marketing Management Diploma Program, with a speciality in Professional Sales. I also have a certificate in Psychology from Douglas College and a BA Degree in Leadership from Trinity Western University. Every year since I started in real estate, I have enjoyed many Professional Development courses such as Negotiation courses and courses that keep me up-to-date with industry changes and developments.

My community has invested in and supported me, and as a result I feel a great responsibility to give back. I have volunteered with the Friends In Need Food Bank since 2013, the One Way Club since 2010, and have put on many of my own charitable (and fun) community events like Block Parties and Community garages sales.

I have had a colourful and full life so far. I have a ton of empathy and passion for others because of everything I have seen and been through. Being a Realtor is just one avenue that I use in order to serve other people. It truly is a vocation. I often must wear many hats, other than just being a salesperson. Thankfully I am very resourceful, capable, and am willing to go the extra mile to ensure a minimal stress interaction. I love this career with all my heart, and I believe you will be able to tell… if we ever meet, which I hope that we do.:) Please do not hesitate to reach out to me. And if you are still a little unsure, please check out my triple-verified reviews & testimonials. Thank you for your consideration and for reading this far!
